Wilted GreensIngredients
PreparationIn a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Stir in onions and cook for 1 minute. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in the dried cranberries and vinegar and cook for 2 minutes. Add the greens and cook 30 seconds.Remove the skillet from the heat, transfer the greens to a large bowl, add the orange and bacon and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately. Serves 2-3. |
